The process

Toroids are the intersection points of the light highways of the universe. At that collision point, the light takes on a gravitational field differentiated from the quantum vacuum, and a circuit of energy is formed that we perceive as "solid" matter.
For a body in space to have harmonious continuity, the different toroids that make it up must be synchronized: toroidal meditation focuses on helping to release energy trapped in toroids that are out of sync with our body.
Toroidal water
In the case of living beings, the toroids that provide "mass" to our body are in water molecules.
Therefore, water is vital for us not just to keep us hydrated: each particle of water—in its harmonized state—is a toroid capable of receiving energy from the quantum plane, and applying it to the generation of more complex systems: our cells, organs and tissues.
